5:30 PM – opening of exhibition of KAUNAS PHOTO STAR 2012 Winner Andrei Liankevich (Belarus) “Goodbye, Motherland” at KAUNAS PHTOGRAPHY GALLERY (Vilnius str. 2, Kaunas). During / after the exhibition opening, Andrei Liankevich will be signing his book “Pagan”.

8 PM – Projection event “Duets and Duels”: Belarusian and Ukrainian photography. A Duet & Duel of Belarusian and Ukranian photography, presented, respectively, by Andrei Liankevich (author of the book “BY NOW”, published by Kehrer Verlag in 2013) and Anna Gaidai (co-organiser of “PhotoCult” centre and “Vizii” festival, Kiev). Location – BLC Business Leaders Centre, K.Donelaicio str. 62, Elipse hall.

6 PM – opening of the Central Exhibition on the theme of CELEBRATION at M.Žilinskas Art Gallery (Nepriklausomybės sq. 12, Kaunas).

Exhibition opening and projection event will be brought to the mood by musical improvisation by
Rokas Pralgauskas (sax, accordion), Paulius Volkovas (guitar), Arman Isojan (contrebass), Arūnas Periokas (percussion).

7 PM – Projection event at the Auditorium of M.Žilinskas Art Gallery (Nepriklausomybės sq. 12, Kaunas).

Part 1. Photographers’ proposals on the theme of Celebration. Frank Schirrmeister (D), Bartłomiej Ponikiewski (PL), Glenna Gordon (USA), Maria Plotnikova (RU), Ramil Talae (USA), Eric Leleu (F-CHI), Jill Waterman (USA), Sandra Chen Weinstein (USA), Ireneusz Luty (AUS), Natalie Grono (AUS), Gregorio Reche (E), Nikolai Urencev (LT), Sergey Poteryaev (RU).

Part 2.  Extended review or works of artists featured in the exibition, in presence of artists. Szabolcs Barakonyi, Katarina Radovič, Jonas Petronis, Uladzimir Parfianok, Martin Guggisberg, Eugenia Maximova.
Part 3. Extended review or works of artists, whose exhibitions open the following day. Catrine Val “Feminist”, Reinis Hofmanis “LARP”, and Maciej Dakowicz “Cardiff After Dark”.
All photographers of Part 1 and Part 2 are given 5 minutes to talk during the preview of their work, except of Maciej Dakowicz.

From 9 PM – After party at “Džem’pub (Laisvės al. 59, 5th floor, free entrance) with music and re-screening of Photographers’ proposals on the theme of Celebration.
